The built-in AI assistant
INFI proposes. A human always decides.
Most "AI in your ERP" pitches mean a chatbot bolted onto reports. INFI is different: it reads what's actually happening in your business and drafts real documents for a human to approve - and it never posts anything on its own unless you've explicitly turned that specific action on.
Drafts, never posts
Ask INFI to draft a purchase request, a stock transfer, or a customer follow-up, and it proposes exactly what it would do - lines, amounts, reasoning - and stops. A human has to review and confirm before anything is actually created.
Runs on your real data
Reorder suggestions come from actual sales velocity and stock levels, not a fixed threshold. A/R follow-ups come from real overdue invoices. Nothing is generated speculatively.
Watches for loss-prevention signals
If a cashier types a cash amount into the payment screen, then backs out and voids a line or cancels the bill, that's a near-certain signal worth a second look - INFI flags it to a supervisor in real time, on the till itself, before they even approve the void.
Finds what doesn't match
3-way matching between an A/P invoice, its goods receipt and its purchase order. Bank statement lines matched against outstanding journal entries. Transaction amounts that are statistical outliers for a given customer or supplier.
Automation, on your terms
Off by default. Your call, per action.
A small number of low-risk, document-only actions can run unattended once a day if you switch them on -- everything else stays confirm-only, permanently, with no way to make it unattended. Turning an automation off doesn't remove the capability - it just means it only runs when someone explicitly asks in chat.
Can run automatically, once enabled
- Auto-draft purchase requests for low-stock items
- Auto-draft inter-branch stock transfers to fix imbalances
