Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Infinity Portal (the "Service"), operated by Taprobane Holdings (Private) Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
1. The Service
Infinity Portal is a business management platform covering point of sale, purchasing, inventory, sales, finance, and related functionality, including an AI assistant that drafts documents for human review. Features available to a given account may vary based on plan and configuration.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of information provided when setting up an account, for maintaining the security of login credentials, and for actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service - including attempting to circumvent security controls, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your data
Business data you enter into the Service remains yours. You grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and display that data as needed to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policyfor how we handle data.
5. Subscription and fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup. Fees are described during the sales process and, once agreed, are set out in your order or invoice. See our Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled.
6. Third-party services
Certain features rely on third-party services you may choose to connect - for example, card payment terminals, or SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram for notifications. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Taprobane Holdings (Private) Limited and its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access - planned maintenance and factors outside our control can affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an account as agreed at signup or as required by law. On termination, access to the Service ends; reasonable arrangements for data export can be requested before an account is closed.
11. Governing law
