There’s no dedicated full-page view for notifications - they’re surfaced through a bell-style widget available on every page, backed by /api/notifications, /api/notifications/unread-count, and mark-as-read / mark-all-read endpoints.

Notification Benchmarks

Notification Benchmarks (/app/settings/notification-templates) is where admin-configurable notification templates and thresholds live - what triggers a notification, and what it says.

Outbound channels

Configured under Settings, each independently:

• SMS Settings
• Email Settings
• Telegram Alerts - real-time ops alerts for events like login/logout, POS void/cancel, register close, and expenses; see POS and INFI AI Assistant for what feeds into this
• WhatsApp Assistant - a WhatsApp-based conversational channel

Sales Targets

Sales Targets (/app/settings/sales-targets) defines branch-wise performance targets, which in turn feed performance-vs-target notifications when a branch is tracking above or below its target.
